Where is the government of Kenya. Where are the other western countries. What are the world bank and IMF doing.
Simply more aid from the US will solve anything as aid has been going on for decades. What is your proposal to address the root cause of this problem. I do not doubt the need for proper agriculture techniques, which have been available for decades. I do not doubt that money well spent is needed. I do doubt that money spent without reform is worse than useless. After all, money not well spent is the forte of the world which is why Kenya and money other counties are in this leaking boat.
