Senate Confirms Rajiv Shah's Nomination as USAID Administrator

Shah The United States Senate approved the nomination of Rajiv Shah to head the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). Dr. Shah was the under secretary for research, education and economics and chief scientist at the U.S. department of agriculture before being tapped by President Obama for his new appointment.
